Feb 25:- The Parliamentary
Committee on Papers laid on the table, Rajya Sabha under the chairmanship of
Shri. Tariq Anwar, Hon’ ble Member of Parliament accompanied by 5 other MPs and
officers from Rajya Sabha Secretariat, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of
Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation, Ministry of Agriculture (Department of
Animal Husbandry & Fisheries) and Ministry of Human Resource Development (Department
of School Education & Literacy, New Delhi) were also accompanied the
committee. The committee was accorded a warm and traditional reception with the
performance of folk dance Parichakkali by the Deputy Collector Shri.K.Nizamuddinkoya,
Members of VDP, DP and Heads of Departments on their arrival at Agatti Airport
on 23rd February 2012.
